I’m Ashley Hall, a lifelong Brevard County resident who grew up in Cocoa, Florida. I’ve spent my life here—going to school, working in various industries, and building a family—and I know this area like the back of my hand.
I began my real estate journey in 2020, starting as an investor managing my own rental properties, including short-term vacation rentals. With a background as a Marketing Director for a commercial real estate company, I gained valuable experience analyzing deals, understanding market trends, and managing properties. This hands-on knowledge, paired with my love for the industry, led me to transition into real estate full-time in 2022.
My approach to real estate is simple: I prioritize relationships over volume. I’m not a flashy agent, and I don’t want to be. I’d rather work with a select group of clients who value honesty, loyalty, and straightforward guidance.
